What should I bring to my first session?
We recommend comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a small towel. All equipment will be provided.
Do I need to be fit to start?
Not at all! Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, and we'll meet you where you are. Our trainers will adjust exercises to match your current abilities.
How long are the sessions?
Most of our training sessions and classes are 60 minutes long, though we do offer some 45-minute express options for those with busy schedules.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, we offer flexible membership options with no long-term contracts. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
